James W. Radloff
Seasoned trial attorney since 1985
Working first as a criminal defense attorney, he learned firsthand how to fight back, anticipate the moves of the opposition and how to counter them. As a criminal defense attorney, Jim tried over 50 jury trials. This gave him invaluable experience which he has been able to use trying personal injury and workers comp cases. Experience in presenting a case to a judge and jury is crucial in obtaining the highest possible verdict in a personal injury or workers comp case. As a personal injury attorney, his clients’ wellbeing is always his first priority.
Jim married his wife Tina in 1991. They have three children and three grandchildren. Jim and Tina are members of Southpoint community Church where they serve as Lifegroup leaders. Jim is also on the board and actively involved in the Women’s Help Center, taking his fight for justice to the unborn and helping women with unplanned pregnancies get the resources they need to parent their baby.
Jim and Tina enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing, and especially spending time with their family.
